Do you have joint pain in the early morning or persistent headaches? Or, maybe are you bothered by gastrointestinal discomfort or bowel problems. Did you know that are all of these issues are due to inflammation? This pain you’re feeling can usually be traced back to an over load of environmental toxins and wrong food choices that actually feed your pain. Once you identify what drives your specific pain and remove it it’s amazing how quickly you’ll begin to feel great again.
Do you feel like you need a nap around 3pm in the afternoon? This is one of the biggest problems I help clients overcome and this used to be one of my issues too, until I added some special types of foods to my diet that helped me reclaim my energy. What most people don’t realize is that if you are not able to properly digest your food, your body won’t be able to absorb needed nutrients or to manufacture enough energy to keep you going. A few, easy to make changes is all you need to get re-energized.
If you’re chronically sleep deprived; (getting less than six hours a night) your chances of having a serious heart attack, developing high blood pressure, having a stroke and developing diabetes are all increased. Lack of sleep also impairs driving and decreases cognition. If you have trouble falling asleep or wake up at 2am and find you can’t get back to sleep this can be due to any number of nutrient or hormonal imbalances in your body. Identifying what your individualized imbalances are and then correcting them will result in better sleep and reduce your risks.
